The flat
The apartment consists of two floors. The entrance is on the first floor. The second floor, which is the converted attic, can be
reached via a staircase from the living room.
On the first floor (about 120 sq.) you will find of two (double) bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, guest bathroom, a storage room (with washer and dryer) and a large living-dining room (with sofa
bed). On the attic, there are four single beds, one of the beds is located in an alcove.

Overnight stay
Night (1-2 persons): € 60 / night
each additional person: € 10 / night
at least two night stay
less than three nights: extra charge of € 5 on the room rate.
Between October and March additional fee for energy: 5€/night
Service
Bed and kitchen linen as well as towels and bath towels are included. They will be changed weekly.

A child cot is available.
